All of our therapists hold advanced certifications in massage therapy and other healing modalities.

Aric Friedman (LMT) founded Forest Hills Massage Therapy in 1998. Aric brings with him over 13 years experience of massage/ bodywork and the healing arts. Aric has dedicated his life to massage therapy and the healing arts. In addition to formal education: Swedish Institute for Massage, Vermont College of Norwich University for Holistic Studies, Breathe, School for Yoga Anatomy and Yoga Therapy and Pacific College for Oriental Medicine, Aric Friedman has also studied privately with these master healers/bodyworkers - Jeffrey Yuen, Desikachar-Author of the Heart of Yoga, Brother Gregorio, Leslie Kaminoff, Thich Nhat Hanh -Zen Buddhist Master, Robert Kandajarin, Master Fui Kui Yang - Tui Na and Kung Fu Master, Sogyal Rinpoche, the late Dr. John F. Shen, Master Shoto Tanemura as well as other teachers.

Aric is a licensed massage therapist (LMT) holding advanced certifications in massage, structural integration, deep tissue bodywork, personal training, active Isolated and PNF stretching, yoga therapy and anatomy, eastern massage and modalities and energy work. He is well recognized within the massage community with clients including athletes, personal trainers, dancers, and other massage therapists among others.
